Other factors that can affect pricing, especially if services are provided on a one-time basis, may include:
– The number of team members required to clean a space
– The length of time it takes to complete the job
– The total number of rooms served in a space
– The total number of windows present
– The special tools and skills required to perform the job
If rooms include bathrooms and kitchens or kitchenettes, the type and number of these rooms will also affect the cost of servicing them. Offices with cubicles will require more effort and time to clean than those without cubicles. A space that is occupied heavily will need deeper cleaning than a space of equal size that’s not frequented or occupied by as many people. If there will be people moving around in an active space that needs cleaning, this also demands greater skill and different cleaning techniques to get the job done without interrupting operations or the flow of traffic. Unique spaces like schools have special considerations as well, often requiring deep cleaning and green cleaning methods that are safer for students and faculty.
